General Questions

What is Rotaract?

Rotaract focuses on the development of young adults as leaders in their communities and workplaces. Clubs around the world also take part in international service projects, in a global effort to bring peace and international understanding to the world.Rotaract clubs hold formal meetings in person or virtually, usually every two weeks, which feature speakers, special outings, social activities, discussions or visits to other clubs. Club members get together on designated days for service project work, social events, or professional/leadership development workshops.

What is REM?

REM (Rotaract European Meeting) is a conference held twice a year and hosted by a district within the European region. The general format of REM includes sightseeing, the E.R.I.C. meeting, and a gala dinner. The registration fee includes accommodation.

Ticket Sales

When will packages be available?

Wave 1: 9th of October, 20:00 CEST until 13th of October, 23:59 CEST
Wave 2: 21st of October, 20:00 CEST until 25th of October, 23:59 CEST
Wave 3: 13th of November, 20:00 CET until 17th of November, 23:59 CET

When will extra activities and workshops be available?

Registration opens from Wave 3 on 13th of November, 20:00 CET, until sold out.

When will PRE & POST REM be available?

・Wave 2: 21st of October, 20:00 CEST until 25th of October, 23:59 CEST

Can I buy packages between waves?

No, we have limited availability for our event, and sales are only open during Waves 1 to 3. However, you can purchase the following packages:
Gala Evening: Until 28th of November, 23:59 CET
ERIC Package: Until 28th of November, 23:59 CET
+1 Package: Until 4th of November, 23:59 CET

How to Pay

What is the payment deadline?

After completing registration, you have 7 days to finalize the payment for your selected event tickets. Failure to pay within this timeframe will result in the cancellation of your tickets.

Can I refund my ticket?

No, all sales are final, and refunds are not available after payment is made.

Can I transfer or resell my ticket to another person?

Yes, you can. Tickets are issued to the named individual, and any transfer or resale to another person requires approval from the Host Organizing Committee. Please contact us at hello@remprague2025.org.

Can I exchange my ticket for a different type?

Yes, but you will need to wait until the end of all sales waves, when we will be able to find out if we have any spots left. If the new ticket has a lower price, no refund will be issued. For tickets of a higher value, you will need to pay the price difference. If you have any questions regarding your tickets, please contact us at hello@remprague2025.org.

How can I pay?

We accept only bank transfers. After completing registration on TicketTailor, you will receive instructions via email.

Who should pay the bank fees?

Bank fees must be paid by the sender.

Traveling

I need help with a visa.

We will prepare an invitation letter. Please reach out to us at hello@remprague2025.org.

How can I reach Prague?

By bus, plane, train, or car.

Is there parking at the hotel?

Yes, but it is paid parking. It costs 700 CZK per day (approximately €28). Alternatively, you can use nearby parking facilities. Please contact us at hello@remprague2025.org if you need further details.

Is travel to Prague included in the ticket price?

No, you need to arrange your own travel to Prague. We can assist only with visa-related matters.

At the Event

Will there be any single rooms?

Unfortunately, no. We will provide only double rooms.

Can I choose my roommate?

Yes, you can. Please provide their full name on the registration form before purchasing.

Will there be transportation to the parties?

Transportation will be provided for the gala only. For other parties, it is about a 30-minute journey using public transport, which departs directly across from the hotel.

I am vegan/vegetarian. Will there be suitable food at the gala?

Yes, we will have a dedicated vegan/vegetarian menu for you. Please select this option when purchasing tickets.

I have dietary restrictions. Will there be suitable food at the gala?

Yes, we will provide a menu that accommodates your dietary restrictions. Please provide us with all your dietary requirements on the registration form before purchasing.
